Helena is the Head of HR at Kinetico Health, with 15 years’ experience helping people and businesses thrive. Fully CIPD qualified, she has worked across retail, dental and logistics, giving her extensive experience supporting multi-site teams and fast-moving businesses. Helena is focused on building an inclusive culture and scalable people practices, while keeping HR human, simple and accessible. She’s passionate about creating a working environment where people feel valued, supported and able to do their best work.
Outside of work, she’s a newly qualified mat Pilates instructor, a reluctant runner and, more often than not, can be found walking her dog with her family.
