Erik is the Director of Operations at Kinetico Health where he oversees the integration of new clinics into the group and drives performance improvement initiatives to unlock growth. Prior to joining Kinetico Health, he worked in management consulting, advising companies through the M&A lifecycle, including performing financial due diligence, managing integration and separation programs. Erik grew up in the Midwest and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
