What you’ll own:
Financial Reporting & Control
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities, delivering accurate consolidated reporting
Maintain balance sheet integrity, enforce consistent accounting policies, and ensure strong reconciliation processes across the group
Treasury & Debt
Manage bank accounts across all group entities, with clear visibility on cash positions and liquidity
Support the structuring and implementation of our first debt facility, then own ongoing lender reporting, compliance certificates, and covenant monitoring
M&A & Integration
Conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets and lead post-acquisition finance integration
Further develop a repeatable integration playbook to support continued acquisition activity
Systems & Process
Build upon existing accounting infrastructure and drive automation across the close and reporting cycle
Lead the transition from Xero to a platform better suited to a multi-entity group structure
Audit, Tax & Compliance
Coordinate audits across group and entity levels; manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and payroll providers
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified, 8+ years’ experience
- Multi-entity / group finance background
- Experience in a leveraged or PE-backed business with exposure to debt financing
- Strong systems and process improvement mindset
- A builder — someone who thrives creating structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
